1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the 33bww website and platform (33bww.cam) ("33bww", "we", or "Company") and the user ("you" or "member").

By accessing, using, or creating an account on the 33bww platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is solely your responsibility. You must follow the provisions below:

3.1 Password and Access

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 33bww immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or allowing any other person to use an account is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this provision will result in the account being suspended or terminated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

33bww supports secure and convenient payment methods for financial transactions. Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method.
• The deposit must be sent from your own account — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the funds will be added to your gaming balance.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, action will be taken in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• 33bww reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33bww offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own terms and validity period, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately.
• If bonus abuse is found, 33bww reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• More than one welcome bonus cannot be claimed by the same person, household, or IP address.
• If the specified conditions are not met before a bonus withdrawal, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33bww VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular activity. 33bww reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits.

6. Gaming Rules

All members participating on the 33bww platform must follow the gaming rules below:

• Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or established rules.
• If a game is cancelled midway due to a technical issue, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant policy.
• 33bww reserves the right to cancel any reward issued as a result of a software error or incorrect outcome.
• Fair and honest conduct must be maintained while playing.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or using fraudulent methods to claim rewards.
• Collusion (coordinating with other players) or cheating.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing other members or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All applicable bonus conditions must be met and any available balance must be withdrawn before making the request.

8.2 Closure by 33bww

33bww reserves the right to immediately close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 33bww platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity failures.
• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or disclosure of account credentials.
• Delays caused by disruptions to third-party payment provider services.
• Any financial loss arising from a member's gaming activity.

In no circumstances will 33bww's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant member in the preceding one month.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bww website and platform — including designs, logos, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 33bww or the relevant third-party licensors.

Members are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Copying, redistributing, selling, or modifying any content is prohibited.
